NaradSandesh।। फरीदाबाद,18अक्टूबर,2023: जे.सी. बोस विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी विश्वविद्यालय, वाईएमसीए, फरीदाबाद के लेडीज क्लब ‘दुर्गा शक्ति’ द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय की महिला सदस्यों के लिए नवरात्रि और दुर्गा पूजा समारोह के उपलक्ष में विशेष कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। इस कार्यक्रम में दुर्गा पूजा और डांडिया नृत्य मुख्य आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहे। इस दौरान महिला सदस्यों ने पारंपरिक और रंगीन परिधानों में कार्यक्रम में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया तथा डांडिया नृत्य में भाग लिया।
लेडीज क्लब की संरक्षक एवं कुलसचिव डॉ. मेहा शर्मा ने सभी सदस्यों को नवरात्रि और दुर्गा पूजा की हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएं दीं। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने सदस्यों को लेडीज क्लब की गतिविधियों को आगे बढ़ाने में सभी सदस्यों की भागीदारी और योगदान के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। स्टाफ क्लब की संरक्षक जयमाला तोमर ने विश्वविद्यालय में एकता और विविधता की भावना को बढ़ावा देने में ऐसे आयोजनों के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने कार्यक्रम के आयोजन के लिए लेडीज क्लब के प्रयासों की सराहना की।
विश्वविद्यालय में डीन (इंस्टीट्यूशन्स) प्रो. संदीप ग्रोवर ने विश्वविद्यालय के शैक्षणिक और सामाजिक ताने-बाने को समृद्ध बनाने में सांस्कृतिक समारोहों के महत्व पर बल दिया। उन्होंने सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियाँ प्रस्तुत करने में छात्रों और संकाय सदस्यों दोनों की भागीदारी की सराहना की।
इससे पहले कार्यक्रम में स्टाफ क्लब के अध्यक्ष प्रो. तिलक राज ने का स्वागत किया। कार्यक्रम का समापन लेडीज क्लब की अध्यक्ष प्रो. नीलम तुर्क के धन्यवाद ज्ञापन से हुआ, जिसमें उन्होंने कार्यक्रम की सफलता में योगदान देने वाले सभी लोगों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। कार्यक्रम के सफल आयोजन एवं संचालन में डॉ. रश्मी पोपली, डॉ. प्रीति सेठी, डॉ. तरूणा नरूला और डॉ. ज्योति मोर ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।
Navratri and Durga Puja Celebrations at JC Bose University
Faridabad, 18 October – Durga Shakti, the Ladies Club at JC Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA, Faridabad, added vibrant colours and festive fervor to the ongoing Navratri and Durga Puja celebrations by hosting a special event for the female staff members. The event, held today, featured Durga Puja rituals and the popular Dandiya dance, making it a memorable occasion for all attendees.
Amidst the grandeur of the festive season, the female staff members graced the event in their traditional and colorful attires, enhancing the festive ambiance. They wholeheartedly participated in group Dandiya dance, fostering a sense of unity and joy.
Dr. Meha Sharma, the Custodian of the Ladies Club, and Registrar of the University, extended her warm greetings and best wishes to all the members present, invoking a sense of prosperity and joy during the festival. During her address, she encouraged the members to contribute new ideas, suggestions, and innovative initiatives to strengthen the activities of the Ladies Club for the greater benefit of society.
Ms. Jaimala Tomar, Custodian of the Staff Club, expressed her appreciation for the vibrant celebration, highlighting the significance of such events in fostering a sense of unity and diversity within the university community. She applauded the efforts of the Ladies Club in bringing this event to life.
Prof. Sandeep Grover, Dean of Institutions at JC Bose University, emphasized the importance of cultural celebrations like Navratri and Durga Puja in enriching the academic and social fabric of the university. He praised the involvement of both students and faculty members in presenting captivating cultural performances, which added to the grandeur of the celebration.
Earlier, Prof. Tilak Raj, the President of Staff Club welcomed the guest and the participants. The program culminated with remarks by Prof. Neelam Turk, President of the Ladies Club, who expressed her gratitude to all those who contributed to the event’s success. The program was well organized by the team members of Ladies Club including Dr Rashmi Popli, Dr Preeti Sethi, Dr Taruna Narula and Dr Jyoti Mor.
